Shipping policy

Made to Order

Most of our products are made to order and crafted just for you after purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.

Note: Transit times shown at checkout reflect shipping after your order has been fulfilled.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, UPS, Canpar, and ICS.

During Busy Periods

We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In some cases, additional time may be required due to:

  • High order volumes during drops or sales

  • Custom embroidery or specialty production

  • Temporary material shortages

  • Training team members through our employment program

  • Carrier disruptions (weather, service delays, etc.)

  • Sourcing from small suppliers

We appreciate your patience and support of our mission-driven production model.

U.S. & International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can cause delays of 1–3 weeks. Duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Free shipping does not apply outside of North America.
